What if there is a problem with my ticket?

How are the tickets delivered?

After purchasing your ticket on-line, you should print your confirmation screen and this will act as your receipt of your booking. A representative from eReservation will contact you to arrange delivery of your ticket(s). Options include

Airport Pick-up

Regular mail

Express overnight Courier

Multi -day courier service.


Will I have to give my credit card information over the net?

Yes, it is necessary. It is just as safe using your card on our site. Our current available inventory changes so rapidly that waiting even an hour could mean the vacation you wanted is no longer available. By making a credit card payment, we can immediately begin confirming the reservation request. We do accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, as a convenience to our customers. All your transactions protected by SSL technology protocols and normal private network security systems. SSL technology scrambles your credit card information before it even gets to the net. This ensures that your Internet purchases as safe as telephone purchases. We will protect the security of your credit card.

I saw an ad for a flight with a better price. Why is the price different on eReservation?

We only display available seats. It is possible that the price you saw is now sold out.

How does the reservation procedure work?

We try to make the reservation process as easy as possible at ereservation.com. Simply find the vacation package, cruise, flight, or car rental you are looking for and either book online or call our toll free reservation center at 1-877-482-6555. We will confirm your reservation in 24-48. Should you have questions, we can be reached online 24 hours a day at reservations@ereservation.com. Nearly all confirmation documents can be sent via an email attachment, which you simply print and present and use at the time of check in.

What additional fees will I be charged in addition to the package price?

With so many "hidden charges" in the travel industry, this question is always asked, and for good reason! When you make a reservation at ereservation.com, we disclose all taxes, service charges, fees, etc. when you make your reservation request. ereservation.com wants your trip to be a fun and affordable one, and the last thing we want to do is hide charges since we hope you'll keep coming back like so many satisfied customers do on a daily basis!

You can either email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at reservations@CheapCaribbean.com, call us toll free at the number 1-877-482-6555 talk with a live operator during business hours, or write us at the mailing address listed below. Our toll free reservation center is open from 7am to 9pm PST Monday thru Friday, 9am to 3pm PST on Saturday, and 10am to 3pm PST on Sunday.

Should I purchase the Travel Protection Plan?

We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Plan, as it protects you and your travel investment before and during your vacation. With the Pre-Departure Cancellation Waiver benefit available with the Plan, you can cancel your trip 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure for any reason and have your travel investment protected


Where and how do I get my confirmation and travel documents?


If you have made your reservation online, you will receive your confirmation online. Your confirmation will contain:

Your itinerary and all the items you have purchased (air, hotel, and add-ons).

Your reservation number - make sure to save this, either by printing it out or writing it down somewhere. Make sure to check your reservation the day before you leave for any schedule changes.

An 800 number to call if you have any questions regarding your reservation.


If your reservation was made 21 days or more before departure, your travel documents will be mailed to you. If you made your reservation within 21 days, your documents will be sent via an overnight express mail service and the amount for express delivery will be charged to your credit card.
